Turquoise the hugger

It’s Turquoise that brings so many characteristics together to influence a positive mental state ~ serenity, creativity, empathy, positive thinking, sensitivity, intuition, happiness and wisdom.. which all result to a calmer state that leads to greater self realization.
And so what better stone to have right now when life is so crazy to aid your mental health.
Another in my hug collection because hugs release endorphins which are dopamine oxytocin and serotonin, these are feel good hormones that when released into our body we experience happiness relaxation and improves our overall mood so what better than a hug to give yourself or someone else..
