PURCHASING ITEMS

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY GOODS?

If eligible we exchange goods within 30 days of purchase, You will need to choose goods that are to the same value or choose something which is of greater cost than the original purchase & pay the additional amount. Earrings are excluded from this policy. For more information on our exchange policy please click on the link  of our policies.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

A refund can only be provided if the product is defective and is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. This is dependent on the guidelines as per our refund policy. Please check for further details on our refund policy.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

All items purchased online or in person come with a 12 month warranty however please bare in mind that crystals are like glass and must be treated delicately. Please do not shower, swim or cleanse your pieces as some gemstones disintegrate in water.

WHAT IS THE COMPANY POLICY ON RECEIVING DAMAGED STOCK IN THE MAIL?

Our goods are checked prior to packaging and are carefully and securely packaged for mail delivery. To date we have never had goods reported to be damaged on delivery.

Please consider your options for delivery carefully. Options within Australia include: Flat rate postage which will provide up to $100 insurance and Standard postage with Extra Cover and Express postage with extra cover, both of which will provide you additional insurance cover of up to $100 should anything be damaged in transit.

In addition, for overseas delivery you can select International Express postage with Extra Cover for this additional insurance cover.

**Please note: It is recommended that you purchase enough extra cover ($4.00 per $100 of cover) to cover the cost of your order e.g. if an order is $400 the flat rate of postage will cover up to $100 you would then need to add $12 extra cover in order to have insurance cover for the amount of the whole order. Extra insurance cover is optional.

CAN YOU MAKE SOMETHING FOR ME?

I am not currently taking any commissioned orders due to being a small one person business. I offer an extensive range of products and as an artist I try to design pieces that will resonate with you and your needs. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information.

CAN I PURCHASE A DESIGN THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Feel free to make an enquiry on the “Contact us” page providing the full title of the product e.g. moonstone pendant 925 sterling silver and the image to ensure I know exactly with piece you are enquiring about. Please be aware that most products are limited as I prefer not to mass produce unless it is a popular item and the gemstones are readily available.

IS IT MADE OF STERLING SILVER?

All of our Jewelry that’s created by us have been manufactured with 925 Sterling Silver, unless stated as silver overlay. All are manufactured to be strong and durable and to last for many years to come, The Aztec bohemian range is manufactured in Nepal ethically sourced and are all handmade items.

CAN I EXCHANGE EARRINGS?

Our policy on purchasing earrings is in accordance with Australian Health Regulations. Earrings cannot be put on by anyone in store and are not re-sold by us. To ensure there is no possible transfer of disease between people we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on the sale of earrings and therefore ask our clients to choose carefully.

WHERE DO THE CRYSTALS COME FROM?

Our crystals come from a variety of sources around the world. Most items we know the region where they’ve come from and some we do not. When asked we will let you know if we have more information on the source of the crystal, mineral or gemstone.

My commitment is to ethically source all materials from responsible suppliers. It is an expression of love, it is personal and a symbol of our most meaningful moments in life.

HOW DO I CLEAR CRYSTALS?

There are a variety of ways to clear crystals. We recommend that you burn sage/ palo santo or place them on a window sill for a full moon ritual or hold them in your hand, then mentally project a light at your crystal and ask that all previous programming and energy be released and sent to the light. After that you can program a crystal with your intention, eg: .asking it to do something specific for you

WHAT DOES HANDMADE MEAN?

Life’s not perfect and neither is handmade. I strive to create items as close to perfect as possible however you may find imperfections due to the pieces not being machine made. I guarantee that each and every piece is made with pure love and dedication so please see and find the unique beauty in a piece instead of expecting the perfection you may find from a mass produced product.
